    Do ye take the price of the bill out on the day it is due or does it take a few days

    Hi Cena,

    Thank you for your post. If you are signed up for Direct Debit, then the request will be made to your bank for the outstanding balance a few working days before due date detailed on your bill. This is to ensure that the total is received by the due date and within our credit terms.

    Well the bill was due on the Wednesday and was taken out on the Saturday.

    I haven't given ye the permission to take money out of my account any day after the due date on the bill.
