If anyone sees this at a bargain price please do let me know. Have checked the likes of software4students etc - looking for even cheaper! I currently use apache open source - am finding it to be a bit of a nuisance so really only after Microsoft office software. TIA.

Libreoffice is significantly better than Apache OO.

You aren't going to get 2013 cheaper than the Student price. 2010 your best bet is scrabbling around bricks and mortar retail, particularly stores that you would never imagine buying software from - e.g. Heatons and Tesco.

Full licence for 1 year, after which time it stops working.

MS Office can be used for free online now via Microsofts website.

No, it can't. The web version can. Completely different products. There's a reason they all have a "Open in Word/Excel/Powerpoint" button on the top - they're utterly useless at doing anything complicated or handling older files.

Free alternatives handle complicated stuff better than the web versions of the "official" products.

"- Graduating Students Only: This is a 1 year subscription to Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2013 for graduating students only. This subscription automatically converts to a perpetual license when you graduate"
