    I bought a property this week. It wasnt new from builder about 6 years old. Im a first time buyer. Do I qualify for rax exemption for property tax?

    No. The exemption (which was only to 2016) expired on the 31st Dec 2013- aka you would have had to have bought it last year to qualify.
