there is actually a Pcture by Picture option that will display two inputs side by side on the screen, so there might be a way to use two hdmi connections at the same time with half the width each to get a faster refresh rate, which I could then use to create an eyefinity group, but it sounds like a lot of faffing and i haven't bothered playing around with that yet.

Sorry for dragging up the thread, but I'm looking to sell this on now and wondered what everyone thought it was worth?

I'm currently living in Western Australia, so I don't think I'm all that local for most boardsies now. :D

    These are the final specs:

1x 34" LG 34UM95 Ultrawide 3440x1440 IPS monitor with original stand plus a fully articulated peerless desk mount
    2x Sapphire Radeon R9 290 Tri-X OC 4096MB GPU's
    1x Intel Core i7-4790K 4.00GHz (Devil's Canyon) Socket LGA1150 CPU
    1x Asus Z97 Deluxe Intel Z97 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard
    2x 8GB (16GB) G.Skill TridentX DDR3 PC3-19200C10 2400MHz
1x BeQuiet Dark Power Pro P10 1200W '80 Plus Gold' PSU
    1x Samsung 250GB SSD 840 EVO SATA 6Gb/s
1.5TB Samsung Spinpoint HDD, or can swap for 2TB Spinpoint as required.
1x Corsair Carbide 540 High Airflow ATX Cube Case - Black
1x Corsair Hydro H105 Extreme Performance Liquid CPU Cooler
Corsair SP120 'quiet' PWM fans throughout, inc. 4x fans on the liquid cooler in push/pull config, plus one SP140 exhaust fan on the case.
Logitech MX3200 wireless keyboard & mouse
1x secondary 24" BenQ monitor (also with peerless desk mount)

I might consider splitting the monitors etc. and selling separately depending how it goes.

I was living in perth a few years ago and looked into doing a build from new parts, seemed very expensive out there so didnt bother. Have a look on the local gumetree/quokka/craigslist etc. to get a guide on prices
