I have a new wavin 100 mm wavin under ground floor.
Can i connect upstairs en-suite , upstairs bathroom(main) and 1 downstairs
toilet to this pipe.It will then connect to AJ outside back window and from there
to a new manhole.This will mean no connections visible on gable of house.Will
this pipe also take the sinks,shower and washing machine

You need to vent this pipe outside to atmosphere at highest point usually
Otherwise all traps might thermo syphon out leaving no seal and sewage gas will escape into the premises

Yes i will be venting it but am i alright with three toilet connections
and the other boss connections going into the 100mm wavin
and then into the AJ

Depends on falls on pipework
