The parkruns are all 5k - not 5 miles, but yeah, it's a good one for free on a Saturday morning. Give it a go anyway - it won't cost you anything

Here's an excellent 5 mile race, it's the Govt Services BHAA 5 Mile coming up tomorrow week in Dunboyne.

The course is lovely, a loop through quiet country roads, no hills, the organisation is second to none, great atmosphere, finishing on the track, excellent cakes, brack etc. Couldn't recommend it more.
