Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Any advice on prevention of pins and needles when running. Kicks in after around 3-4 k mark. Have tried the usual, like loosen shoes laces, different socks, but nearly always happens every run recently. Was told recently it could be a tight back so working on this at the moment with a foam roller. Any other hints or tips would be greatly appreciated

I'm not a mod but pretty sure any medical advice is banned other than see a doctor or other qualified person.

I would suggest seeing a sports massage therapist as a starting point and see what they say.

Mod: Medical advice is prohibited and this would come under that juristiction. Your best bet is to get a professional to take a look at it there are a number of things that can cause these symptoms but without a proper diagnosis people here would be doing nothing more than guess work
