    How do I go about changing my title (not name or address) - do I need to call into a branch?

    Hi etymon,

    Thank you for your query on boards.

    In order to change the title associated with your accounts, it will be necessary to produce the relevant documentation to your branch. For example if you were changing your title to Dr it will be necessary to produce documentation of your doctorate degree. A representative in your branch will be more than happy to offer you assistance with this.
