    The blade platter is unbalanced. You shouldn't run the mower in such a setup, the vibrations will break it. A three blade platter must have all three blades fitted to be balanced. A four blade platter can run with two blades as long as the two are on opposite sides of the platter.

    A replacement platter for that mower is €25.

    A long shot I know but I am having a problem with my einhell Freelexo mower. Does anyone know how to reset the pin code. After sales support with einhell is hopeless. Aren't even answering e.mails now. According to the manual I need to get a file off the mower via usb stick which I send to Einhell with proof of purchase etc. apparently. No matter what I do and following the manual to the letter I cannot get a file on to the usb.

    Any help really appreciated
