Shower water pressure

    Hi there,
I have a standard Mira shower (88, I think) that was installed in the house about 7 years ago. It has always worked well but in the last 10mths or year or so the water pressure has gotten really bad. It's ridiculous trying to have a shower.
My father took a look and couldn’t find any issue (no blockages in the pipes, no issue in water tank etc). There’s another shower in the house and it works fine, no problems at all.
We had a plumber in at one point for another issue and he didn’t immediately find any problem.

Obviously I know it’s almost impossible to “diagnose” what’s wrong without being able to look at it, but any ideas?
Anyway, regardless I just want to fix it. Any suggestions? Add a water pump? I’m going to try a bit of cillit bang on it and see if it’s just the shower head (but I don’t think it is as the water flows through all the holes). Or should I just get myself a new shower?

Forget about regular plumbers on this one. Call a quality shower repair company. They will test the pressure of the water with a gauge at the inlet. If pressure is ok there then it's most likely a new cartridge needed.
