    Hi all

I had a quick squint at the PRTB website, and couldn't find anything about this - perhaps some knowledgeable person here might?

If your landlord & tenancy are registered with the PRTB, can one find out how many tenancies have been held at a property, by the landlord? i.e. 3 tenancies over x period of time?

    many thanks

    A.G.

No, is the short and simple.
The register is a snapshot of a particular moment in time.
It is the current information at a particular point in time- it does not contain historical information.

The PRTB database, does have the information you are seeking- however, it is not publicly available.
