Irish rugby fans travelling to Argentina forum

Hi All,

Is anyone going over for the tour in Argentina, 7th June Montevideo URG and 14th in Tucuman ARG???

Could meet up in the Shannon Irish bar near the port where you get the Ferry from BA at 12pm.

Not sure if will go to Tucuman very far away from BA.

Anyone have any idea why argies are playing in Uruguay for one of the legs? seems strange

Would absolutely love to be going but alas.

Didn't realise one of the games was in Uruguay, wonder why that is, some deal with the Uruguay RFU or something?

Both games are in Argentina, Resistencia and Tucuman.

According to the IRFU website, the first test is in "Estadio Centenario"

Wikipedia lists "Estadio Centenario"s in Montevideo, URG, Armenia, COL and Cuernavaca, MEX.

No mention of one in ARG!
