Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I know I could ask for advice in the beauty forum in terms of recommended hair products but I was wondering if any of you had any advice on what foods would benefit the hair. My hair feels thinner towards the ends than what it used to be. So any advice on good foods for the hair would be gratefully received.

    Hi ratmouse,

If you google "juicing recipes for hair", you'll get hundreds of results. Cucumber is a major ingredient.

Hair/nails/skin goes together, and I can see an improvement in my skin after 3 days. It has lots of other benefits also, which I'm already feeling.

I take a tablespoon of blackstrap molasses each day (mostly for the calcium and iron), but it's supposed to have great hair benefits too. My hair is in very good nick, I have to say.
You can get a big jar in any health food shop for about €4.50 and it lasts ages if you only have a tablespoon a day!
