    Hello,

I planted some sunflower seeds and they are coming up now, (the green bits with 2 leaves), they are in a pot.

When can you give them steroids to help them grow faster and stronger?.

    And also:
    St.John's Wort:
Does anyone know any tricks or tips regarding growing St.John's Wort.

    thank you.

You can give your sunflowers a foliar feed any time you want! But I would be inclined to wait until they have grown a bit, if they are in commercial compost there will be enough nutrients to get them started. If you over feed them they could grow soft and drawn out, and fall over at the least provocation.

St John's wort doesn't really need any help, it grows a bit like a weed!
