Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Nobody here can tell you for sure.

    It might be that you're eating too little, making your body crave food so much that you binge.

    It might be comfort eating.

    It might be an emotional or mental health issue that leads to you over-eating.

    If it's a serious problem for you, best bet is to speak to your GP.

    If you binge eat as often as you start identical threads, there isn't much hope for you.

    As said, go to a GP if the advice given to you in this forum hasn't been enough.

    An eating disorder is an illness. When you're ill, you seek help from a professional. You're not going to get the help you need here.

    OP - there are various forms of behaviors that fall under an diagnosed form of eating disorder. Believe me when I say that you will NOT regret getting in touch with the Marino Clinic in Dublin if you are located close enough. They also have Councillors nationwide.

    Food and how we view it and behave with it should not constitute how we leave our life or what we think about ourselves or others. If it does - something needs to change.
