    Dear All ,

We have formed a Limited company in Ireland with the director based out of Netherlands.

We are trying in the past few months to setup a bank account for the company in Ireland but havent made any progress. We asked a couple of banks and they said it was important that atleast one director was a resident in Ireland.

The situation is one director is an Asian and the one director is a German but based in Netherlands. When the EU based director approach DUtch banks they frown to open an account since its not a company under Dutch laws and the banks are too cautious.

We need to know how can we open a Bank Account in Ireland - is there any bank that will allow foreign people to open an account either in Ireland or through their affiliates/subsidiaries in Netherlands. Please help us
