Bluetooth not working

    Have a PC with Bluetooth mouse and keyboard, working fine. Decided I'd get a bluetooth speaker which did pair but no sound. Now no Bluetooth device works. All show up under "Other Devices" as "Bluetooth Peripherals" with no names or drivers.

    I've downloaded the drivers again from Dell didn't work. Uninstalled the devices and rebooted, but they reinstall in this corrupted way. Have even done a System Restore which didn't fix it.

    Any ideas?
