Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Paul lambert might be looking for a job soon.

Given Lamberts previous comments about the idea managing Celtic, I wouldnt give him the job even if he wanted it.

Must have missed that one, what did he say?

'I had eight terrific years at Celtic but there comes a time when you have to cut your ties,' he said.

'I still look for Celtic's result and Seville will always remain the biggest disappointment in my football career. But the idea of coming back doesn't appeal to me.'

I mean no disrespect to Scottish football but England is just a bigger place. I'm proud of my Scottish heritage but a move back home is not for me.

'The idea of playing the same club anything from four to six times a season doesn't appeal to me.'

    He's burnt that bridge...

Lennon is better off biding his time until the November/December/January when the Premier League axes will fall for the other managers. If he gets a team in November he will have a decent shot at keeping them up. If he gets a later one in February/March he wouldnt have much to lose in terms of reputation if the team goes down.
