    Hi I switched on the 6th May and got email that day confirming but have heard
    Nothing since,how long does it take

    The switch can take up to 20 working days to complete fully.

    If you private message your name, address, MPRN/GPRN and telephone number, we can check the progress of it at this point.

    thanks for reply,i got a final bill from my previous supplier two days ago and I have it paid so my acc closing there but still not heard from ye guys but im assuming that ill hear soon
