    im in the ranch, ballyfermot. last week i heard the postman ring the door while i was in the shower, was expecting packet but when i came down there was no note. called customer service two days later who contacted the local office...yes there was a packet there for me. apparently postman had left the note, so either they are lying or it was stolen

    im now missing two parcels that should have been here long ago and getting suspicious that there are problems with the local service.

    the postman is not the usual one...

    anyone having problems with their post in this area?

    I'm not sure I'm understanding you correctly but you rang an post and they said there's a package waiting for you...then you say their lying or packet was stolen...???

    So did you call in to sorting office to collect said package and they claimed it's nolonger there or what?

    Customer service said that the sorting office said that the post man said he had left a delivery note, but there was none there. It's just lucky I heard him at the door. So either he is lying and didn't leave a note or the note was just stuffed in the letter box and stolen. I've had recycle bags stolen before. I have the packet now but only because I did some detective work.

    Do you live in the area?
