Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Overboots.........recommendations ?

...I seem to spend a lot of time getting wet. A lot.

And I'm sick of having to dry out my boots etc. Now I used to have, but cannot find atmo, a pair of overboots.

They has a zip at the back, and were about half-soled (not under the arch or heel), and they were of a nuclear proof pvc of some type.

So, anyone got any recommendations ? Not a big fan of Velcro closed stuff for inclement weather, preferring zips or studs.

You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

First time I got pissed on and soaked through I had already had enough of getting wet on the bike. Went out and bought better gear and it has not happened since. It's no fun being wet and cold on a bike and there is no need for it.

I have alpinestars smx plus goretex boots and they have never let in a drop. I ride all year round in and out of work and these boots are the best bit of gear I have.

I have a set of these for about 10 years now.

Brilliant bit of kit, and still as good and pliable now as they were when brand new.
