That new German energy drink I got with the race pack isn't very nice.

Il not be buying endwarts as a pre race supplement....it's icky!

No safety pins in the bag for the race number - presumably they were in a big bowl or tray at one of the tables? Hopefully house keeping at my hotel can sort me out!

Yup they were in small bowls at every desk. No doubt you'll be able to get some in your hotel!

If you get stuck you can always try a spar, centra etc - they often have packs of them.

Yep. Go to the baggage area. Leave your bag in to the area that corresponds to your number. Use the portaloos. Then follow the signs to your start area. Try get into your pen about 30 mins before 9am.

Good luck to everyone. I did my long run this morning and didn't meet a sinner out. Feels like I'm the only runner in North Dublin not doing the marathon. Hope it goes well for all!
