Should they apprehend the perpetrator, it will be fascinating to hear what m'lud accepts as a mitigating factor.
Shocked recently to read of a judge suspending sentence of someone in possession of heroin with the threat of jail should the guilty party be "pulling the wool over my eyes". What reality are these guys living in?
