Running on the Curragh

I'm working in Naas at the moment but I'm commuting from another county. I pass the Curragh every day and it looks like it would be a nice place to go running in the evening after work. Are their defined paths/tracks for running there? Where is the best access point to the Curragh for running and is there convenient…

East of M7 is more interesting, and hillier. Park at Lumville, stay off the golf course. After that most anything goes.
Get to know your preferences, then by autumn be night-ready.
Google maps after the run to see what you missed out on.
Enjoy it all, it's great.

There are beaten down paths that you can follow. It is very exposed and the wind can be a chore some days.
