Hi i am looking at renting a 2 bed apartment in Cluain Riocard on the Headford road anyone have any reviews on the place or know the average rent in the area??

hi im currently renting in cluain riocaird its a very nice quiet area with a bus route more or less outside the door,theres a centra shop, tesco express, loughnanes buthchers and a chinese all within walking distance, Heating is provided by a gas boiler, Theres no designated car space but there is plenty of car parking, as for rent were living here for the past 3 years and currently pay 700 per month, The market has improved lately so expect to pay around 750 to 800 per month
