Getting a record of old J1 Visa

    Hi there,

    I am in the process for applying for a H1 Visa for the US as my company are sponsoring me. To do this I need to get a scanned copy of my j1 that I did 6 years ago which was in my old passport which is long expired and I can't find it.

    Does anyone know where I can get a record of this? Do I need to go to the US embassy?
