Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Horizon box problem

    Switched on our Horizon box, tried powering it on via the remote control I mean (it's always switched on at the mains)
    When I press the 'box' button to power it up it flashes to a tv channel display and then back to the clock display.
    To get a tv channel to come on I had to manually press the + and - buttons a few times as well as trying the manual power button on the box itself.

    Now that's it's on nothing is displaying on screen when I change channel on the remote. The black border comes up but no text to indicate what channel it is.
    The recordings button isn't working nor are the info or OK buttons.

    I have powered the whole thing off at the mains and rebooted it twice but it's still the same.

    Never had this problem before and we have the box since January.

    The internet signal and wi-fi is fine.

    And I can see all the channels fine but there is no horizon text coming up to show what tv channel it is or the guide etc.

    The tv channel selected is showing on the box itself alright but that's it.

    Any ideas?
