Glasgow are so good at offloading it's scary.

Great Leinster try but I'm frankly embarrassed for McCarthy!

    Anyway good match so far.

I didn't even see what McCarthy did

So impressed with their continuity...almost Schmidt-Leinster-like at times.

    Glasgow's off-loading is impressive.

Too many fumbles in this game

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 12,619 ✭✭✭✭errlloyd

At the moment I hope the stadium is packed with potential sponsors. And i hope they brought some of those big novelty cheques.

I didn't even see what McCarthy did

He got slapped on the face, stood there for a couple of seconds and then fell over.

Where was the clear and obvious forward pass there? Brilliant offloading.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 9,204 ✭✭✭dodderangler

    Glasgow offloads are excellent.
    Here's a drinkin game
Take a sup of pint every time ball gets fumbled.
    Half cut already :)

Was thinking the same. Didn't spot a forward pass.

Glasgow have outrageously good handling out of contact.

Cronin has ridiculous speed. He seems to be involved in every position today

Couple of good carries, but not making the same impact as Jamie or Ruddock...

There's been a few occasions of isolated Glasgow players on the deck that would have been meat and drink to SOB

  • Hosted Moderators Posts: 8,379 ✭✭✭fitz

    Great turnover.

Sarries did that earlier too. Think the laws should be amended so that it isn't allowed

Definitely. It's moments like that you're left thinking "Seanie would have had that..."

It's very clever, I've no issue with it

It's not really rugby though. It's the same as the human centipede thing that 9's used to be able to do for boxkicks

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,836 ✭✭✭✭Pudsy33

That number 20 is an absolute monster, running around with the thing in one hand.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 6,221 ✭✭✭Ugo Monye spacecraft experience

Glasgow running against the grain everytime, and it's killing Leinster

I wonder how fit SOB is because he's badly needed out there

    What are we talking about?

If it's Glasgow not engaging in the maul at the lineout then I have no idea why anyone would have a problem with it.

Excellent play from Glasgow. Every one of their carriers works to take the tackle on their terms. Shifting the hands, little step etc. Everything Leinster used to do under Schmidt....but not anymore.

What was that from Glasgow 15?

    Doozie.
And a great support line from Jenno.

    I standby what I said

Good supporting line but he has been really quiet outside of it. Glasgow are making serious hay in and around the areas he's supposed to be defending and competing in

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,668 ✭✭✭Mahatma Geansai

The game has been epitome of Leinster's season. They aren't the better side, but they've been getting scores on the board.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,883 ✭✭✭shuffol

Gopperth plays the gain line far better than Madigan.

    True was just pi55 taking.
He's been very quiet today and his try was just there at right time but he's been quiet all day.
Maybe halftime sob t replace him

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 4,668 ✭✭✭Mahatma Geansai

    Another Leinster high tackle there.

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 6,221 ✭✭✭Ugo Monye spacecraft experience

Gopperth is having a good game

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,166 ✭✭✭✭Zzippy

    Another Leinster high tackle there.

Owens missed it, penalty should be 5 metres closer

  • Closed Accounts Posts: 3,883 ✭✭✭shuffol

Owens asked who gave the penalty away.

    "No.4, the tall one"

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,383 ✭✭✭peckerhead

    Some kick that.

In this game yeah, in previous weeks he's been standing miles back.
