Eircom left cable dangling on my premises

A few weeks ago Eircom called to the door and asked if they could run a cable over my property into the neighbours, that was grand. Out cutting the grass today the old cable is dangling from a tree and lying across my garden, they didnt bother to remove the old cable and just tied it around a tree? I'm assuming that's what…

I'm assuming that's what happened, its a long black cable coming from a pole towards the direction of their house.

Can you get someone out here to remove it, it should have been removed the first time

I moved the cable in behind the fence and it's not really a problem now
