Incident beside John's Lane church this morning?

    Passed by at 11.30am or so and the Gardai had a laneway beside Johns Lane church cordoned off.Anyone know what happened?

    They were just holding a space for the local beggar who usually gives them a 50% kickback to reserve it for him so he can go & collect his methadone at the clinic
