Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

**** - don't think anyone else had any trouble...

Keep trying - we've started but the autodraft will be fine for the first round or two, its after that that personal input helps!

    I'm decidedly underwhelmed by mine.

I'll just have to alter all the scores so I win every game.

Can someone fill me in on the hilarious feedback thread?

I was very happy with my team in the end. Good solid team. Especially for last pick.

Happy enough with my team, my internet deciding to have a knicker fit when I was trying to get in initially didn't help but the computer was kind to me with its picks

What sport is this and why is their ball round. Is that not cheating?

It looks great, and when you see something like that,it's hard not to wish rugby had fans like that. But on the other hand, those fans (Steaua Bucharest's,not all football fans) also chant racist slogans at other teams and generally cause trouble at matches.Having supporters that fanatic is often a double-edged sword.

Anyone ever read Vincent Bugolisgis book on the Manson Murders "Helter Skelter"? Just finishing it at the moment and it's easily the best true crime book I've ever read

Bit of restaurant junkie but the last place I was at was this place.

    http://www.lastapasdelola.com/

Amazing tapas, best I've had outside of Spain.

    Fully booked last night.

Ended up going to the porthouse (tapas place on south william street).

Very tasty food - and a bit of a bargain at 87 quid for a bottle of wine, 7 dishes, 2 desserts, 2 coffees, a beer and a glass of wine!!

Fecking taxi there and back cost nearly half that - and i only live 3.5 miles from the centre - are taxis that expensive? Or is it just ages from i've gotten one?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 30,308 ✭✭✭✭.ak

Yeah the porthouse is nice too. If you get the a chance try and go back to las tapas de lola, genuinely amazingly good food.

Rock Lobster? It's nice. They do 'cheap' imported €20 frozen lobster, but also do local 'Leinster lads' lobster which is considerably bigger, but more expensive.

The starters are delicious! All over it's fairly good value. You could have a slap up 3 course lobster dinner for about €40 or less.

How do you legally get the ball off someone in Gaelic? Can you tackle in some way?
