Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Hi, i have an Apple Imac computer, 2010, and i have emails like boards.ie, twitter , Facebook and certain other emails that are constantly going into the Junk mail folder in the native mail client app on the computer. I have moved the emails 100 times from the Junk mail folder into my inbox but it still goes into Junk mail folder. I have individually click each email and click the 'not junk' tab at the top right corner and still not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In mail settings, turn off enable junk mail filtering.

Could be a server-side setting. Who is your email client? Can you log into to their webmail and disable junk mail filtering there?

Add the senders to your address book.
