Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Got 20 minutes Touched it right at the end before he was subbed. Didn't look happy coming off though!

ahh I see. you'd imagine there's probably something contractual that he can only play for so long, can't risk the a-lister getting injured.

    Great game.

    Phillips does deserve to score.

That was an hilarious attempt at a save! I would have done something similar myself mind.

Davids has to be playing the pantomime villain!

Bit unfair an ex-pro against a celeb keeper. No ex-pros allowed in a shootout.

Mourinho must really want to win. Been very ruthless with the subs. Only leaving the worse guys on for a few minutes.

    Seedorf again! ha

Loved that Alan Richman (is that his name?) Man vs Food looked like he was just delighted to be there.

Just put 'Jonathan Wilkes' into the search function on Twitter :D

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 53,262 ✭✭✭✭GavRedKing

Davids taking the p*ss out of Wilkes in the corner was good too.

Video of him talking about his Sunday League experience and being on the bench, funny watch.

Of the 'celebs' i thought Martin Comptson rb for the ROTW was excellent all game, read it brilliantly, good on the ball and some great interceptions.

what the hell did Wilkes do? :D

MOTM for the celebrities was one of Jones, Ramsey, or Shepard.

Good cross from the musketeers actor.

He played semi-professional and would have pursued a career in football if he didn't become an actor!

ROTW play in blue and Jose managed them, Im claiming it as a Chelsea trophy. :pac:

I thought "Redknapp" did well for the celebs myself ;)

I love these matches. Real shame they don't do these more often (even once a year).

So funny how chuffed the celebrity players looked for ROW

Defo, the lad from mcfly was quality on the right for England too

Enjoyed that a lot more than I thought I would. Shame a few of the celebs didn't get a few more minutes but they all got a run out. Kevin Bridges played about 2 minutes!

Love watching this whenever it's on - the commentator was particularly annoying with his stupid puns:

Stephen Moyer "should get his teeth into it"

Jamie Redknapp "is in a league of his own"

Nicky Byrne could be "flying without wings" and when he scored he was "in a world of his own"

That's four from a long list of crappy puns.
