A colleague has offered to sell me an unused macbook A1181 for €400, with a new battery, and all installation cd's etc. how does this sound? is it a good price?? She says she has never used it, and it looks pristine. any advice much welcomed!

To be honest, Ive seen them on adverts a bit cheaper from time to time, I know of a neighbour who sold a similar one for 300 recently. If its as new as you say then maybe its worth the extra few quid but Id try and knock another 50 off the price and see if she will take it.
