Mini usb bluetooth needs drivers

Got one of these in Tesco a while ago. Different brand .It will send a file to my phone but will not receive one and says drivers are missing. The phone says the device I am trying to send to- the computer- is not set up for bluetooth or similar message It asks for disc. I did not get a disc and do not remember the brand.…

It asks for disc. I did not get a disc and do not remember the brand. There are no updates online that I can find

I solved this. I have to click receive a file on the bluetooth icon on computer before sending on the phone. I do not have to do that when sending to the phone from computer.I can just send from computer to phone
