    Hi all,
    I am looking for someone who can help me with my finances. I have fallen behing on my mortgage and after i approched the bank they have reduced my monthly payments but they have given me a baloon payment of €72000 at the end of the mortgage life. This figure is at discribed by the bank as Capital due at maturity. I was wondering if anyone cud tell me how to find out what that figure is now if it matures to this amount after another 30 yrs. My interest rate is 4.34%
