Good hotel for a nice city break..

    Hello!

    I am looking to find a hotel in the city that has a spa..

    There will be 3 girls staying there, so if the hotel has offers it would be good!

    We think we will be travelling for one night - mid week in June. :)

    http://www.thedawson.ie/ used to be La Stampa, they seem to have a special offer on including a treatment but do the sums yourself might make more sense to book the treatment separately.

    The spa in the Royal Marine in Dun Laoghaire is supposed to be pretty good, you're on the DART there so handy for coming into the city centre.

    Haven't a clue about the Spa in the Marker but the rooftop bar is pretty cool.

    Stayed in the Marker the other weekend,

    Some parts of were great - others meh

    Good parts - roof top bar -but get here early (unless you book a table) as they restrict the amount of people going up (fantastic view and great service)

    Breakfast - pretty good - highly recommend the steak :)

    We had a pre theatre dinner - nice, not amazing but good food

    Reported that our "rainforest shower" wasnt working 100% Saturday morning - (we arrived Friday night) nothing was down about it by time we left Sunday lunchtime

    Bar after 11 - poor service by the waiters next to no atmosphere
