Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back a page or two to re-sync the thread and this will then show latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Have you tried plugging it into iTunes and seeing if that recognises it? Then maybe backup and restore?

Try a hard reset with the phone plugged in at the wall. (Hold down power & home button until Apple logo appears, then let go.)

Try with a different cable? Maybe the one you are using is broken, no longer working?

Final scenario would be to try & put the iPod into DFU mode.
