Just thought to check if its possible and will any lenders agree ! I have a mate who has recently moved over and been self employed for 6 month , he is looking for 50 loan to value and has own saving of 150K . Looking for 300K purchase price . Any products do you guys think possible , he can even got to 60 % on deposit .
