BSM Draft League - Possible New GW

Am thinking about setting up a new Gameworld (GW), something slightly different than the boards leagues we already play in.
Of course any GW is only going to be as good as the interest shown in it, and so that is the point of this thread.
The Idea:
The idea is that it will contain the top clubs from across Europe mainly, but that the GW will start with empty squads, hence the Draft bit up above.
I am hoping to get 20 players, but a minimum of 16 is the interest level needed to make it a reality. This will allow:
2 Divisions of 10, playing each other 4 times - 36 Games a season, or
2 Divisions of 8, playing each other 4 times - 28 Games a season.
Clubs will be assigned randomly once the manager list is populated.
Following on from that point the idea will be then to do 5 rounds of picking players, here in this thread as follows;
Round 1: GK
Round 2: DEF
Round 3: MID
Round 4: FWD
Round 5: Wildcard, Any Position.
Obviously some players are versatile so as long as the player can play the position for the round he is eligible to be picked.
The 1st round order will be randomly generated, the 2nd round will be the reverse of this. The 3rd round will be randomly generated, the 4th round will be the reverse of this. The 5th round will be randomly generated.
After round 5 of drafting each club will have 5 players picked. This is the bit that needs honesty and so only honest people need apply :pac:.
Day one of the GW clubs will only be allowed bid on their 5 drafted players, and their drafted players only and hopefully by some point on day 2 each club will have signed their drafted players. With honesty and co-operation this shouldn't pose any problems.
After that word will be given in this thread to allow the free for all where you will be free to bid on the remaining players you will need to fill your squad.
I propose clubs will only be able to bid on 8 players at any time from this point to avoid pandemonium, insanity and the blowing of budgets as we will all be working to a budget.
The budget will be the maximum allowed £300Million, which all clubs will start with. Obviously care will need to be taken to ensure you have enough to field a minimum squad which i think is 21.
I also think that of you have not reached this point by the required time, the GW will automatically draft players you may not want into your squad.
There is no reason why you cannot daft two players from the 1 club, but you must bare in mind that you can only have one active deal with any one club at any one time. If you want to make things difficult for yourself be my guest

Obviously more than 20 clubs, and some not from Europe. I wanted to have rival clubs and was trying to pick the bigger stadiums as that will matter at some stage.
