Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Hi All,

The Mrs is organising a trip to Kilkee and I am hoping that I can swing it so that the trip coincides with the bay swim.

Does anyone know which date the swim will be held this year?

    Many thanks :)

    Did you do it Redved?

Swim was shortend because of the rough conditions. I easily added on 3 minutes to my usual 800m time. Don't like that rough water.

Can't believe the winner did it in 9:24 in those conditions.....and he's only 15!!

Yup, did it as well. Wasn't surprised to see the long swim cancelled although at least they managed to get the short swim in.

I managed to add nearly 6 minutes onto the time I'd expect to do in a pool.

Found it tough on the day
