Capuchin friars to feed the needy

The Capuchin Friars are to start handing out food parcels for free with the service beginning in July. There will be no questions asked and the food parcels will be valued at around €25. The friars have said there is a need in Kilkenny for this service.

A sign of the times. Well done to the Friars for stepping up to the mark, - in fairness the people of KK have always had great regard for them.
