Alan, can I just ask what precisely is the benefit of your role on boards if all you're going to do is reply to each query advising the customer to contact various Eircom numbers? Do you not think most have already been down this route already before coming here seeking assistance? The fact they have access to boards.ie…

Do you not think most have already been down this route already before coming here seeking assistance? The fact they have access to boards.ie and therefore internet I have no doubt they also have access to Eircom's website and finding those numbers themselves.

he Talk To fora on Boards are usually a last resort after customers have exhausted their patience attempting to phone customer service. The last solution they need put forth is to contact customer service (again!!).
