RWC 2015 - Rugby World Cup 2015 Travel Plans

With the Rugby world cup kicking off next September and tickets going on sale to the public this September whats everyone that is heading overs plans? Flights, Ferries, Hotels, Campervans?? All the Group Stages or just the knockouts? Any advice or plans on where to stay for the games or where to avoid?

I'm seeing articles about the price of tickets for the final on the various 3rd party sites.

I'm really confused as to why people would be that stupid to buy from there when you can easily buy Cat B and Cat A tickets at face value on the official site!

I'd like to know how much of these tickets are actually selling on these sites?
