After the ad campaign on at the moment I finally checked out the website and saw the cookbook - it's got some great recipes that are easy to prepare by the looks of things. My own dietitian has even contributed to it so I may be biased.

I love the book, the website and the Facebook page!

I went to a cooking demos too - really really good! Such a good initiative
