I'd recommend Vistaprint as well. I haven't gotten business cards but did get my wedding invites there and found them very good. They have a sale at the moment as well.

I've used Evergreen Print in Cork and found them very helpful (they designed my cards for free). Just as cheap as Vista after you include all of Vistas hidden charges. Nice to give my business to an Irish company too.
