    Hi Anybody have the address of Tony Martin`s new place on the Watercourse road? I tried phoning it on 0214251550 - but phone does not seem to work. Is there a different nbr?

    IS THIS GYM any good - I have heard of people going there for just 15 mins every morning and getting some great results..

    What sort of eating plan does he recommend ?

    Would you recommend it ?

    15mins a day is not even a warm up. Stop believing those stories... Drive up there and see yourself.
