    Dates: 11-13 July
    Location: Avondale Forest Park Rathdrum Co Wicklow
    Distances (each day): 5; 10; 15; 20 miles and full marathon (AAI approved)

    Idea: Run any distance(s) of your own choice or any combination on multiple days.
    Free T shirt to all entrants (collector's item me thinks for some day in the future!)
    Souvenir medallion to all finishers every day
