    Is there a standard approach to using business banking online on a mac?

    Welcome to boards and thank you for your query.

    Business On Line only operates with Internet Explorer on a Windows operating system, however, it is possible to run Windows in a virtual machine and download Internet Explorer to access Business Online. Please note our BOL team do not offer technical support for third party software.

    We understand our customers’ need for an improve service and our Business Online Team are currently looking into making BOL available on multiple browsers although, we do not have a resolution date for this as of yet.

    We will certainly pass your comments to our BOL team for feedback.
