    Can anyone tell me if UPC bill in advance?

    Yes but you don't pay in advance. My current bill was issued on May 21st, the monthly services I'm being billed for are dated May 21-June 20 but the bill due date is June 4th which would fall roughly midway through the billing period.

    So effectively I'm paying for half a month in arrears and half in advance.
